What's the difference between the Monthly Plan and the Annual License?
The Monthly Plan ($699 MXN/mo) is when we host and maintain your CRM at app.crmex.mx. The Annual License ($5,000 MXN/yr) is when you install CRMEX on your own infrastructure and only need the license to keep receiving updates during that year.
Do I need technical knowledge to use CRMEX?
No. For the Monthly Plan you do not need anything technical: sign up and your CRM is ready in minutes. Only if you choose to install it yourself (Annual License) will you need some server experience, although we provide step-by-step documentation to help you.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You can explore the Monthly Plan without a credit card, and the first 6 months are free thanks to the launch promotion.
How many users can I add to my account?
As many as you need. CRMEX does not charge per user, so you can add your whole team at no extra cost and with no limit on users, contacts or deals.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. On the Annual License (self-hosted), your database keeps running on your own server; you simply stop receiving updates once the year ends. On the Monthly Plan (hosted), we hand you a full backup of your information before closing your account.
Is there a minimum commitment or forced contract?
No. You can cancel the Monthly Plan or the Annual License renewal whenever you want; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I migrate from hosted to self-hosted, or vice versa?
Yes. You can export all your information and restore it on your own infrastructure, or ask us to host your instance, whenever you want.
How secure is my information?
On the Monthly Plan (hosted), your information is protected with SSL and automatic daily backups. On the Annual License (self-hosted), security depends on how you configure your own server; we support you with documentation to do it correctly.
What do I need to self-host it?
A server or VPS with Docker and an email account for system notifications. We give you a compose.yml (fully packaged and ready to run) along with step-by-step technical documentation. Email us at crmex@nweb.cloud and we will send it to you.
How long does implementation take?
The hosted plan is ready in minutes: just create your account. The self-hosted plan takes about 15 to 30 minutes following the Docker deployment guide.
How does the free update on the download plan work?
When you download CRMEX for the first time, you get one free update at no cost. To keep receiving new versions after that, you activate the annual license.
Do you issue CFDI 4.0 invoices?
Yes, we issue CFDI 4.0 electronic invoices for customers in Mexico who require them.
Do you offer support in Spanish?
Yes, all of our support is in Spanish, by email at crmex@nweb.cloud.
What happens when the launch promotion ends?
On the Monthly Plan, the first 6 months are free and starting month 7 you're charged the regular price of $699 MXN/mo; you can cancel before charging starts if you decide to. On the Annual License, the 50% discount applies to your first year ($2,500 MXN); renewals from the second year onward are charged at the regular price of $5,000 MXN/yr.
